One signature shaped over three decades
Three studios, one signature:
restrained, true to materials, devoted to detail.
I am an American interior architect with roots in California and Texas and now with a long‑standing studio near Heidelberg. Over more than thirty years, my work has moved between private homes, historic properties, and selected specialty projects, always with
the same aim: to create interiors that feel calm, timeless, and deeply personal.
My approach combines classical style with a contemporary sensitivity. I am interested in how people really live, how light moves through a space, and how materials can carry both warmth and clarity. Each project begins with listening – to the house, to its history, and to the people who will live there – and then shaping a design that belongs naturally to all three
